How To Register

 

To play in either the A or Draft Division or on Friday Night Open pick-up, you must be a current League Member.

To be an active MCUDL member, you must:

  1. Sign up for an account by completing a Registration Form, which is no longer available on MCUDL.ORG.
  2. Pay $30 League Dues and $10 additional for each Division when you register online. You can mail a check, but using PayPal is better. If you or your team cannot be accommodated in the A Division, your additional $10 will be returned or all $40 if not also registering for Draft and not interested in playing Open.
  3. There is no additional charge beyond the $30 League dues to just play Open pick-up.  
  4. Complete and submit to the League a UPA Hold Harmless agreement.

Note: There is no registration for Friday Night Open pickup.

Chaperone (for adults chaperoning minors)
Medical (for minors under 18 yrs. of age)
Waiver  (All players must complete this form)
