MCUDL is America's longest-running Ultimate disc league.  

Located in central New Jersey since 1977, 
hundreds of national caliber players, 
frisbee hucking fanatics and 
fitness seeking novices 
have joined to share 
fun, friendship and 
Ultimate frisbee.

Currently the league offers 
players two levels of play:
