MCUDL On-Line Registration for 2003

The main registration for the MCUDL Draft Division has passed; however, there will be a Supplemental Draft on May 29, 2003. If you would like to sign up for the Supplemental Draft, please register online, and send in your dues no later than May 28, 2003. The first game for supplemental players will be June 2, 2003.

How to resister to play Ultimate in the Mercer County Ultimate Disc League:

You need three things to register for the League: 1) MCUDL on-line registration, 2) UPA Waiver / Hold Harmless form and 3) a check for $40:

Fill out and submit the MCUDL on-line registration form. (Opens in a new window.)
Note: You must re-enter all of your player information for 2003 registration.
Print the UPA Waiver / Hold Harmless Form on your printer.

If you are 17 years old or younger you must fill out this Medical Authorization:
